Listed was created to provide a simple, easy to use platform for motorcyclists and cyclists to find, buy and sell accessories and kit. Whether it is new or used, Listed allows all of your favourite motorcycling and cycling brands, accessories and kit to be bought and sold in one place. The Listed website and app is free to use and download. Register, Verify and you're ready to go! It's really that simple.
HOW IT WORKS
Sellers
Listed does not charge its users to sell items on the platform and you keep 100% of the agreed sale price. Sellers will be able to see their pending balance. This is the amount held in escrow pending confirmation that the recipient has received it. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item and does not report any issues, funds will be released to your Listed wallet. If a buyer reports an issue this will be sent directly to our support team who will investigate. Don't worry you will be able to provide your input and a member of the support team will contact you via the messaging function for any information required when necessary to settle any dispute.
Buyers
Buyers will be charged a Buyers Protection Fee plus a small admin fee. This fee is usually a small percentage of the agreed purchase price. Buyer Protection fees provide protection to the buyer from lost or damaged in transit items, items not shipped or those that are significantly not as described. If you have an issue with an item received you will have 2 days to submit your claim from the date of delivery. Buyers cover the cost of returning items unless agreed otherwise. Please see Listed’s Refund Policy for further details. Buyers protection also allows buyers to make secure payments. All payments are encrypted by our payments partner, so your transitions are sent and received safely at all times.
An example of how Buyer Protection Fees are calculated
Agreed Item Purchase Price £40.00. Buyers Protection Fee £0.70 plus 5% of the items agreed purchase price totals £2.70. Total price you will pay £42.70 including fees.
Delivery
Listed provides a wide range of delivery options to its users. We allow our buyers to choose their preferred postage method. Parcel size and weight will be provided by the seller and Listed will automatically calculate the postage cost for each provider. Please note prices may vary for the same item depending on the service provider you select. Some of these services offer collection and drop off options that include lockers. Any trackable service you choose as a buyer will be updated within the Listed website and app message section so you do not need to manually track your orders.
Reviews / User Ratings
Listed prides itself in providing a great user experience and allows buyers and sellers to review each completed transaction. Each user will have a minimum of one star and a maximum of five star ratings. Buyers and sellers will be able to rate each other using the one to five star rating system and leave written feedback about each transaction. This feedback will be available to view on each user's profile.

Verifying Your Account
At the point of registration Listed will request for you to verify your email address and / or mobile number. This is to ensure that the person registering is a genuine person and has access to the email or phone number being provided to us. Verifying your account is also a great way to build trust between users and being safe online.
Payments and Withdrawals
When making a purchase via Listed you will be able to select two methods of payment. By entering your credit / debit card details or to use your wallet balance. Some transactions might require both if your wallet balance is less than the purchase amount including buyer protection and fees. When you sell items on Listed and delivery and satisfaction has been confirmed by the buyer your funds will be released into your wallet. When withdrawing your balance you will be prompted to input the bank account details of where you would like your funds to be sent. Listed does not charge its users to withdraw their balance and withdrawal times will vary depending on your chosen bank. Processing times can take between five and seven working days before funds appear in your account. All payments are encrypted by our payments partner, so your transitions are sent and received safely at all times.
