About Us
Our Vision
Listed was created to provide a simple, easy to use platform for motorcyclists and cyclists to find, buy and sell accessories and kit. Whether new or used, Listed allows all of your favourite brands to be bought and sold in one place. The Listed website and app will be free to use and download. Register, verify your account and you're ready to go! It's really that simple.
Buyers Protection
At Listed we prioritise protecting your purchases. Buyers will be charged a Buyers Protection Fee along with an Admin Fee on purchases. This fee is usually a small percentage of the agreed purchase price. Buyer Protection provides you cover from lost or damaged in transit items, items not shipped or those that are significantly not as described. Sellers
Listed does not charge its users to sell items on the platform and you keep 100% of the agreed sale price. Sellers will be able to see their pending balance in the wallet section. This is the amount held in escrow pending confirmation that the recipient has received it. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item and does not report any issues, funds will be released to your Listed wallet to be used for purchases or withdrawn to your personal bank account.
Payments & Withdrawals
When making a purchase via Listed you will be able to select two methods of payment. By entering your credit / debit card details or to use your wallet balance. Some transactions might require both if your wallet balance is less than the purchase amount including buyer protection and fees. When you sell items on Listed and delivery and satisfaction has been confirmed by the buyer your funds will be released into your wallet.
Shipping
Listed provides a wide range of shipping solution’s. The cost of shipping is automatically generated based on parcel size and weight set by the seller. Any trackable service you choose as a buyer will automatically be updated within the Listed message section, so you do not have the hassle of manually tracking your orders. Our trusted shipping providers include Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, Evri and many more.
